Book Orders |
Ordering our booksYou can order our books in the following ways: 1. Online – order our books by clicking on the ‘Online Order’ button on the page for the book you would like to buy. 2. By telephone – please phone customer services on 01202 724290 3. By e.mail – please send your order to reflect@bebc.co.uk Please include the title(s) of the book (s) and the ISBN number for each book in your e.mail. 4. By post – please write to BEBC Distribution, Albion Close, Parkstone, Poole, Dorset BH12 3LL. Please quote the ISBN number for each book and give your full contact details when you order by post. Cheques should be made payable to BEBC. Students, universities and colleges Post and packaging: Bookshops Reflect Press is represented by Compass Academic www.compass-academic.co.uk Please contact your Compass Academic sales representative for information and ordering Reflect Press titles. All Reflect Publications orders are processed by BEBC Distribution on our behalf. Under the provisions of The Data Protection Act 1998, BEBC Distribution is obliged to retain customers' bank or credit card details in a secure place and only for as long as it takes either to complete delivery of your order or to initiate a refund in the event that any book(s) from your order become permanently unavailable. Any such refunds will be made directly into a customer's bank account where cheques accompanied the original order. Under no circumstances will BEBC divulge any details of customer's financial information to any third party.
